RHUBARB BREAD
1 1⁄2 cups Brown Sugar
2/3 cup Veg. oil
2 Eggs (beaten)
1 Cup Sour Milk
1 1⁄2 cups Rhubarb cut in 1" pieces
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 3⁄4 cups Flour
Mix all the ingredients together and pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
Mix 1 tablespoon melted butter and 1⁄2 cup sugar. Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325 for 50-60 min. |
