TOPSAIL COLESLAW
from the Angelique

small amount red cabbage
1⁄4 head green cabbage
2 tablespoons vinegar
1-2 tablespoons sugar or honey
1⁄2 - 3⁄4 cup sour cream or yogurt
1⁄2- 3⁄4 cup salad dressing or mayo

Any or all of these spices can be used, to taste, to spice up your coleslaw:

cayenne pepper
dry mustard
celery seed
paprika
caraway seeds
garlic powder

Grate or chop cabbage into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients, except spices, to cabbage and mix well.

Add spices to your taste. You can make the coleslaw sweet and creamy or tangy – depending on your preference. Serves ten.
