COLESLAW
from the Angelique

for 10 for 20 for 40
red cabbage small amount 1/4 head 1/2 head
green cabbage 1/4 head 1/2 head 1 head
vinegar 2 tablespoons 3 to 4 tablespoons
4 to 6 tablespoons

sugar or honey 1 or 2 tablespoons 1/4 cup 1/2 cup
sour cream or yogurt 1/2 to 3/4 cup 1 1/2 cups 3 cups
salad dressing or mayo 1/2 to 3/4 cup 1 1/2 cups 3 cups
Any or all of these spices can be used, to taste, to spice up your coleslaw:

cayenne pepper
dry mustard
celery seed
paprika
caraway seeds
garlic powder

Grate or chop cabbage into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients, except spices, to cabbage and mix well.

Add spices to your taste. You can make the coleslaw sweet and creamy or tangy - depending on your preference.
